Your safety when aboard our boat is of paramount importance to us. We will only travel if it is safe to do so. If the weather is bad then the trip may not be as enjoyable or comfortable. If we do have to cancel due to bad weather then we will try to do so with as much notice as possible and a full refund will be issued. For more information about our cancellation policy, check out our terms and conditions.

Everyone onboard is provided with an automatic inflating lifejacket. We also have a selection of life jackets for children. Life jackets MUST be worn when not inside the boat.

We provide complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate on all our trips. You may however bring your own snacks and drinks. Some of our trips do include time ashore for a lunch.

Much as we would like to allow pets on board we are NOT able to accommodate pets.

We welcome children of all ages.

Please give us a call to find out if we can meet your accessibility requirements – 07939366634.

Scottish weather can be a bit unpredictable at times so bring a waterproof jacket, hat, sun glasses, sun cream, warm clothes, and of course a camera to capture all the wildlife and scenery.

The old saying better safe than sorry does apply here, always best to have anti-motion sickness pills with you. However our boat is very stable and we have tips on how to avoid sea sickness.

If you cancel over 7 days before your booked trip, payment will be refunded in full, however if it is within 7 days then no refund will be given. For private charters, if your booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the trip then a refund is given, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking fee. If cancelled within the 14 days of your trip then no refund will be given. For more information on our cancellation policy then check out our Terms and Conditions.
